Shipping Policy – Frost Design & Co.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free standard shipping is available for all orders over 120 CAD (before taxes and after discounts).

For orders under 120 CAD, shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on your location and the courier selected.

Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier chosen at checkout. We make every effort to ensure your order arrives within the estimated delivery window provided by the carrier. However, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

Standard shipping: Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days after the order has been processed.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout (additional costs apply).

International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within Canada. For international orders, please contact us at frostdesignca@gmail.com
 to confirm availability and shipping rates. Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Delays


Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as courier issues, weather, or customs). Frost Design & Co. is not liable for shipping delays once the order has been handed to the carrier.

Damages or Lost Packages


Frost Design & Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at frostdesignca@gmail.com
 so we can assist you with filing a claim with the carrier.

Shipping Address


Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns
Our Shipping Policy should be read in conjunction with our Refund Policy. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
